Product Program Management

Working as an Associate Program Manager, Arpit assists the Program Management team with planning, scheduling, organizing, and tracking processes, ensuring the feasibility of each project. He started his career as a business analyst and was working as a project manager in his previous organization. He is responsible for setting up organization wide processes using effecient use of project management tools which helps structure all the projects in areas of planning, establishing milestones, resource management as well as risk assessment and tracking.

Being inquisitive by nature has helped Arpit acquire the skills necessary to clarify all the requirements & thus designing and implementing projects from the ideation phase to implementation stage. His ability to drill down any given business requirements has helped him in leading high performing teams under tough deadlines, to meet expectations of multiple customers. Having worked across different setups with different processes & team size, he firmly believes that having processes & documentation in place will eventually help the organization excel.

Arpit is a focused & an organized person which persuades everyone to bring the same discipline on the table. In constrast, Arpit is also known for his sense of humour and can lighten any situation.

Arpit holds a MBA in Information Technology from Symbiosis International University. When not being glued to the computer screen, he loves spending quality time with family, reading inspiring articles & learn how financial markets work.
