Sadanand Padhye

Working as Head of Account and Finance in Leap and Scale Growth Partners for the last two and a half years, Sadanand Padhye (Padhye Sir) is a Post Graduate in Commerce. He has more than 40 years of experience and has helped to develop, implement and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures along with overseeing all payroll functions to ensure that employees are paid in a timely and accurate manner. His high attention to detail and accuracy has helped him manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.

Prior to joining Leap and Scale, Padhye Sir was working with Force Motors Ltd (formerly known as Bajaj Tempo Ltd). He has also worked an advisory agent for Max Life Insurance for about 5 years. and is a remisier with Keynet Capital Ltd. In an advisory role, he has helped his clients in areas of insurance and stock investments.

Padhye Sir is a man of varied interests. He is particularly fond of reading and reciting Urdu poetry and gazals. To better understand Urdu poetry, Padhye Sir learned to read and write Urdu and even completed a course in Urdu from IGNOU. His other interests include spending time with his family, traveling and making friends.
